Big Fish Celebrates 10th Anniversary

(December 1, 2004 * Seattle, WA) – Marking their 10th anniversary, Big Fish, the Pacific northwest’s oldest established and most innovative creative staffing firm celebrated at the Seattle Aquarium at Pier 59. The party took place Friday night, November 19th and was the gala event of the year! Big Fish staff, clients, employees, friends and family joined principals Jeni Herberger and Michael Synoground to enjoy the exquisite beauty of the recently renovated Seattle Aquarium after dark.

Donned in white and silver metallic attire, the 200 guests reveled in the party theme of “Whitewater,” signifying the apex or power producing portion of a rolling wave. Likewise, Kirkland-based Big Fish in it’s 10th, and most successful year. They are poised to move forward from their recently gained power-position in the local creative staffing industry. Party-goers exercised their own creativity with whimsical neon items, LED flashers, glow lights, and surf toys while enjoying great food and drink by Epicurean Catering, also of Kirkland. Significantly, the silver or metallic theme was introduced to incorporate the traditional 10th anniversary gift of tin, pewter or aluminum and will be represented in a marketing campaign schedule to launch in January 2005.

“The aquarium was an obvious choice for our celebration because of our unique name,” explained Herberger, “But more importantly, the Seattle Aquarium was ideal because we support their commitment to marine conservation and research. Our guests were mesmerized by the aquarium’s incredible evening ambience and it was our pleasure to share such an amazing venue with the people who have believed in us for the past ten years. If you haven’t been to the Seattle Aquarium lately, you really don’t know what you’ve been missing."
